We took many years of experiences in hotel and building industry into our own business venture.

Our passion is to provide guests with pleasant and comfortable fully refurbished houses with hotel style bedrooms.

Serviced accommodations are on the rise and everyone understand why. More privacy, more space and more personal than a hotel. These stays are the only way to truly experience a home from home while you're away.

Rules

  • We have a no shoe policy at our properties. This helps us to keep the houses nicely clean for you.
  • Houses are strictly non-smoking. If you would like to smoke, please do so outside and dispose all cigarette butts correctly. Smoking inside will incur additional charge of GBP 100.00
  • We have supplied a range of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils you can use for a home cooking. Please wash everything you use in the kitchen. Accident can happen. So, if anything gets broken, please leave a note of the item, so we can replace it for the next guests.
  • Quiet time -  please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 21:00 and 07:00
  • Check-out is by 10:00 am, so our housekeeping team can prepare property for the next guests.
  • Late check-out after 10:00 am will incur 50% charge of your nightly rate
  • Parties and pets are not allowed in the properties.
